D Ultimate Ogadinma Ventures(DUOV) is a recycling company dedicated to reducing waste and promoting sustainability. Founded in 2017 and located in Anambra State, we have been serving our community by providing a range of recycling solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Since our inception, we have recycled more than 1000 tons of recyclable wastes, and we’re trying to increase that number to double in the upcoming year. Currently, DUOV employs over 10 individuals and has indirectly supported over 50 employment.
Our mission is to create a cleaner, greener world by minimizing waste and conserving resources. We believe that recycling is a critical component of any sustainable society, and we are committed to promoting responsible recycling practices.

Emeka Chidiebere
MD/CEO
Chidi is the founder of DUOV group , he is an experienced professional with a diverse background in civil engineering and International business. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in International Business . Chidi has worked on various projects, including designing infrastructure, managing construction sites, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. He has also worked as a business administrator, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing operations. He is an analytical problem solver with excellent communication and leadership skills. Chidi enjoys working collaboratively with teams and is passionate about using his knowledge to create innovative solutions that benefit both businesses and society.
Emeka Chioma Sheila (Mrs.)
Attorney
Emeka Chioma Sheila (Mrs.) (LLB, BL, ALIFIN, GLIFIN, AICMC, LLM(in view)) asides being a wife and a mother, she is a human rights activist.She is the founder and principal partner of LexDana Legal Consult, a law firm in Anambra State versed in real estate, property law, company law, contract law, will drafting and women and minority law. She is the company lawyer and company secretary of different prestigious companies in NIGERIA.
Sheila possesses leadership qualities as she was the Director of Welfare for Putting Smiles Foundation, Director of Sponsorship of SEBFSA, Financial Secretary, CALSAN, Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus, and different others.
She has won given various awards in acknowledgement of her works.
John Israel
Accountant
John Israel is a finance and management enthusiast with experience in Accounts, Finance and Operations Management and Analysis.
He is an experienced accountant with years of experience working with variety of clients and companies in different industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike and an MBA in Finance and Banking from The University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
He has developed an undiluted zeal for preservation of the ecosystem through waste management and recycling.
John is passionate about using his knowledge to create sustainable solutions that benefit both businesses and the environment.
Umunnakwe Ifeanyichukwu M.G
Operations Manager
Ifeanyichukwu is an experienced operations manager with a passion for process improvement and team development. He has worked with various organizations to streamline their operations and increase efficiency. Ifeanyichkwu’s expertise includes managing production schedules, developing supply chain strategies, and overseeing inventory control. Additionally, Ifeanyichukwu is an effective leader with a good communication skill who excels at developing and motivating teams to achieve their goals. He has a collaborative approach to management and enjoys working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. His strengths in operations management have resulted in significant cost savings, improved quality, and increased productivity for our organization.
Aroh Chiemezie Bedemore
Recycling Expert
Aroh Chiemezie Bedemore is a recycling entrepreneur with a passion for sustainability and the environment. After earning a degree in Geography from UNN with 5+ years experience on monitoring and Evaluation activities,Mezie realized his desire to make a positive impact on the planet, which led him to delve into recycling and waste management. Mezie’s expertise in geography has been particularly useful in identifying the best locations for recycling facilities and determining the most efficient and environmentally friendly transportation routes for recyclable materials. Mezie is actively involved in promoting environmental education in our community and regularly participate in clean-up events and also teach students about the importance of recycling and reducing waste.
Fidelis Akwueze
IT/Social Media Manager
Fidelis is an experienced IT specialist and social media manager with a passion for technology and digital marketing. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Benin,Benin City,Nigeria and has acquired Professional Certifications and numerous profesional Trainings.
Fidelis has worked with various organizations to manage their IT infrastructure, develop software applications, and troubleshoot technical issues. Additionally, he is an expert in social media management and has successfully developed and executed social media strategies for multiple clients. Fidelis is adept at creating engaging content, analyzing social media data, and using social media tools to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Nzubechukwu Iredu
Human Resource Manager
Zubby as he is fondly called is an experienced professional with a diverse background in law and human resources. He has a Bachelor’s degree in law. Zubby has worked in various organisations, including law firms and corporate legal departments, where he has advised clients on a range of legal issues. In addition to his legal experience, Zubby is also a skilled HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. He has successfully managed social media and employer branding initiatives, using his legal knowledge to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Zubby is an excellent communicator and enjoys building relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
Eze Kenechukwu Donald

Kenechukwu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in computer science and waste management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has acquired great deal of experience in waste management. Kenechukwu has worked on various computer science projects, including software development, database management, and system administration. Additionally, he is a waste management guru, having worked in the industry for several years. Kenechukwu has developed waste management strategies, including recycling and waste reduction programs. Kenechukwu’s interdisciplinary skill set enables him to approach waste management challenges from a data-driven perspective, using technology to optimize waste management processes.
